Who we are

This website is operated by SmooCho Foods International Private Limited (“SmooCho”, “we”, “us”). If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold, write to us at hello@smoocho.com.

Information you give us

The franchise enquiry form on this site is the only place we ask you for personal details. If you submit it, we receive:

• Your name and phone number
• The state, district and city you’re proposing
• Your preferred location within it
• Whether you’d like to hear from us by email in future

We use these details only to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, and never sell or rent them to anyone else.

Information we collect automatically

This site sets one cookie: a record of the language you’re browsing in, so it doesn’t ask again on your next visit. We don’t run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind, and we don’t build a profile of how you use the site.

What we don’t collect

There’s no account to create and nothing to log into. Ordering happens entirely through third-party delivery platforms — Zomato and Swiggy — so we never see or store your payment details, delivery address, or order history; each of those platforms handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Applying for a role

The “Apply” button on our careers page opens an email addressed to us in your own mail app. Anything you send that way — including a CV — goes directly to our inbox by email, the same as writing to us any other time; this website doesn’t store or process it separately.

How we use your information

• To evaluate and reply to franchise enquiries
• To remember your language preference between visits
• To keep the site itself running and secure

Sharing your information

We don’t sell personal information. Franchise enquiry details are shared only within SmooCho, with whoever is evaluating that enquiry, and are disclosed further only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep franchise enquiry details for as long as we’re evaluating them, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can write to us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

If you ticked the newsletter box and change your mind, tell us and we’ll stop.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, but no method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the site changes. The date at the top always shows when it was last revised.
