Terms & Conditions
Last updated 21 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website. By browsing SmooCho’s site, submitting the franchise enquiry form, or applying for a role with us, you agree to them. They apply to every SmooCho site, in every language it is offered in.
Who we are
This website is operated by SmooCho Foods International Private Limited (“SmooCho”, “we”, “us”). If you have any question about these terms, write to us at hello@smoocho.com.
Using this website
You may browse this site and use the franchise enquiry and careers pages for their intended purpose — finding out about SmooCho, proposing a franchise, or applying for a role. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Menu, pricing & store information
Prices, flavours, combos and store details shown on this site are indicative and provided for information only. What’s actually available, and at what price, is set by each store and can change without notice — always treat the ordering platform or store itself as the final word.
Ordering & delivery
We don’t take orders or payments on this website. Ordering happens entirely through third-party delivery platforms — Zomato and Swiggy. Once you place an order on one of those platforms, your contract for that order is with the platform (and the store), not with us, and its own terms and conditions apply.
Franchise enquiries
Submitting the franchise enquiry form expresses interest only — it isn’t an application, offer, or binding agreement of any kind, and doesn’t guarantee a response or approval. Any actual franchise relationship is set out in a separate, signed agreement. You’re responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate.
Applying for a role
The “Apply” button on our careers page opens an email addressed to us in your own mail app. Sending us your details or CV this way doesn’t create any employment relationship or guarantee a response; we get in touch if there’s a fit.
Intellectual property
The SmooCho name, logo, and the content on this site — text, images, and design — belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use; you may not reproduce, modify, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Third-party links
This site links to platforms we don’t operate — delivery apps, social media, and similar. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your information; each is governed by its own terms.
No warranty
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SmooCho isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including anything that happens on a third-party platform it links to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the market where you're using this site, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the site changes. The date at the top always shows when it was last revised.
